**Meet Bella: A Survivor Looking for Her Forever Home**

Bella’s story is truly unique. We can say we saved her just in time; another day or two and she would have died a slow and painful death.

Found on the streets of Montenegro, Bella was lying in the bushes under the scorching heat (104°F), with no water or food nearby. We quickly brought her to the veterinary clinic, where she was found to have a dangerously high temperature and was infested with around 50 ticks. Thankfully, none of the ticks carried any diseases, and Bella was treated and given all necessary vaccinations.

Now, Bella is healthy and happy at our Pet-a-tet shelter in Montenegro, ready to be adopted and to have a family of her own. She is a very friendly and affectionate dog, eagerly waiting for someone to give her the love and care she deserves.
