"12 years ago, I came to a shelter for homeless animals for the first time. I brought some food for the dogs. When I saw the dogs sitting in their cages waiting for a chance to find a home, my heart ached and I started rescuing animals. We take in dogs from the streets, from animal control, and from irresponsible owners. We help them heal, spray them, and start promotional campaigns. Every time a dog or cat finds a new family, we celebrate. It's a life that has been saved."
