Asia’s childhood was nothing short of heartbreaking.

She was born on the streets of Podgorica, Montenegro, and fell into the cruel hands of people who used her for begging. As is tragically common, they cut off her legs to make her look more pitiful—hoping to stir more sympathy (and money) from passersby.

 

When she grew older and was no longer “useful,” she was thrown away like trash, left to survive alone on the streets. That’s when Asia’s path crossed with ours.

 

We took her under the wings of Pet-a-tet Shelter in Podgorica. Here, surrounded by friends with four paws, she is finally safe. Despite everything she endured—the pain, the cruelty, the betrayal—Asia’s heart remains pure. She is gentle, obedient, endlessly loyal, and still trusts people with all of her soul.

 

Now, all she needs is what she has always deserved:

A loving family.

A safe home.

Someone to show her that kindness exists.

 

Asia is spayed, up to date on her shots, and microchipped. App 1.5-2 y old, about 80+lbs
